Mid-Level Training Coordinator


Commensurate with education, skills, and experience relative to this requirement.


Current TS/SCI clearance is required, SSBI (background check) not older than 4yrs.  NOTE:  There is NO EXCEPTION to this requirement.  PERSONS WITHOUT ACTIVE TS/SCI WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED SO SHOULD NOT APPLY.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist the Government in the execution of all training coordination functions required successful completion of courses at the school house. These duties will include:

  • Coordinating with external customers
  • Gathering proper requirements and student information
  • Ensuring security and accounts are ready for the students
  • Assistance in the preparation of course materials
  • Ensuring proper documentation of course rosters for completion
  • Coordination with oversight and accreditation activities
  • Develop standard operation procedures
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and directives to ensure student requirements and other duties as required to ensure successful completion of the courses by all students
  • Maintain knowledge of several types of software for various work-related needs and perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education: 

Some college in an associated discipline, an Associate’s Degree is preferred. At least 5 years of experience is required, military experience is desirable.  Demonstrated proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite of applications is a must (may be asked to provide samples of work).
